Since 2002, Program-Ace has been investing into the new game development department. At the moment, our company employs over 150 staff, but in the nearest future we are going to increase the number of game developers even further, so that the total number of staff employed should soon reach over 210 people.

Ukraine boasts a several hundred year long passion for drawing, painting and other visual arts such as ballet and sculpture. Our employees grew up in an atmosphere where educational standards for art were extremely high from the youngest age and our artists have successfully passed these criteria, ensuring that Program-Ace creative and artistic potential is very strong. Our artists are easily able to reproduce customers' samples and prototypes, as well as modify, polish and fix up draft-work based on customer feedback. Our 100% commitment at every task stage ensures that arts assets can be created in the precise time frame as relied on by our clients. Program-Ace artists are equally happy to tackle projects for next generation platforms such as Play Station 3, Nintendo Wii and X-box 360, as we are comfortable in approaching projects for current generation platforms.

Program-Ace has a stable programming labour supply. Our highly qualified and experienced programmer team has a well developed innovative capacity, as they have been working in the multi genre game production market for four years. They regularly research current and future trends, as well as creating and refining technologies, such as our self funded games and proprietary engines. Program-Ace developers are familiar with all major languages on the market, it is not the case that we are more comfortable with one technology than the other. Our programmers do not need retraining or guidance, but we can adjust to customer specificities as required. We are also happy to be tested for quality of work and time-line compliance and display our capacity designing for X-box, PS, PSP, Nintendo DS, Nintendo GBA.

Program Ace regularly offers opportunities to our team members to attend additional lectures and tutorials free of charge. They are always advised and encouraged to increase their knowledge base and practical skills, and any initiative to increase qualification is always supported by Program-Ace.
