Analysis

The purpose of this stage is to make a Project Specification based on the Vision Document and SRS Document.(Read more) There can be two possible situations.

1. Client has the exact Project Specification. We analyse Specification and make suggestions for improvements, if necessary.
2. Client does not have the exact Project Specification. The Customer has preliminary Specification or just description of requirements. All requirements are discussed with the customer, and then we develop the Project Specification.

In both cases, Project Analysis includes the following stages:

• Platforms and Technologies Choice
• Third-Party Service Integration Analysis
• Third-Party Solutions Integration Analysis
• System Architecture
• Technical Proposal Draft development

Based on the pre-defined Budget, Business Requirements, and SRS and Project Specification drafts, there's enough information to propose a suitable technical solution - Technical Proposal Draft.

Once the customer approves Proposal Draft as well as our Time and Cost estimations, this Draft is upgraded to the final Project Specification.
