Data Security

Program-Ace does everything possible to protect data, information and ideas. We maintain very strict internal policy and operational rules for all our employees, which include:

• Restricted information access policy
• Secured Intranet network
• Proved archiving methodology and archives access policy
• Employee NDA - Each Program-Ace employee signs a strict Employee NDA, preventing disclosure of any confidential information.
• Ukrainian Laws - Ukrainian laws provide criminal prosecution of employees, who disclose commercial secrets.

Our usual policy is signing any of the following documents or both on customer's request:

• Company NDA

• Company NCA
