If after installation of the drivers the problem didn’t disappear, please send the letter with the description of the problem to . Please specify “Demo Troubleshooting” subject in your e-mail. For detailed analysis of the problem please also attach the file with the description of your system configuration.
To receive the necessary configuration information, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the START menu at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Select RUN, type DXDIAG and press RETURN button
- You will see a program come up with the specs of your PC
- Click SAVE ALL INFORMATION button and save the file, Dxdiag.txt, to your hard disc.
